MAXWELL CREEK FARM SHARE
Nature's Best From Our Farm To Your Table!

COMMUNITY SUPPORTED AGRICULTURE
Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, is a relationship of mutual support and commitment between farmers and members.  It implies a willingness to share both the bounty from the land and at least some of the risks involved with production.

Well worth the money! Shannon, CSA Member 2009 & 2010

In return for an annual membership fee to cover the production costs of the farm, CSA members receive a weekly share of the highest quality, naturally-grown harvest during the local growing season. When members obtain food from local farmers, they are directly supporting small, family farms in their community as well as receiving the freshest produce available.

What a fabulous season!  Andrea, CSA Member 2009 & 2010

OUR 2012 CSA PROGRAMS
At Maxwell Creek Farm Share, we pack up a share of freshly harvested produce for every member once a week throughout the 13 week harvest season beginning in June (see below for our new fall harvest box to extend your fresh eating season!)  We offer delivery directly to your home/office or to one of our convenient member-hosted drop locations.  For the ultimate in savings, members may pick-up their shares right here at the farm.  Please visit our CSA FAQ page for answers to many common questions about the program.

Our standard  share is the perfect size for individuals or couples who love their veggies, enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, and eat at home often.  Enjoy a heaping half-bushel of our farm's freshest produce weekly.   Includes over 30 main harvest crops, samplings of seasonal fruit/berries and culinary herbs!  This share contains 6 to 12 items each week depending on the season and availability.

Depending on the size of your family (and your love of fresh veggies), you may wish to purchase a double share.  Same great variety as our standard share only double the portions.  It's the perfect size for a family of three or four (or vegetarian couple who enjoying preparing meals at home!)

Our free-range egg shares are back by popular demand again this season.  Choose from a full dozen or half dozen each week and add them to your produce delivery/pick-up.  Be sure to reserve these early as they have sold out every season!

We will again be offering our fall harvest box containing a heaping bushel of our favorite cool weather and storage crops (potatoes, onions, winter squashes, brussels sprouts, carrots, cabbage, greens, apples, etc.)  This new CSA add-on will help stretch your fresh eating into the cooler fall months!  Order one (or more!) with your regular season share.  Fall harvest boxes must be picked up at the farm in October (several convenient days/hours will be offered).
